These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and Captain Craft ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of our website located at arshilcaptain.com, including any subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform and place orders. By using our website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• All information you provide during registration and checkout is accurate and up to date.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

• All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Handcrafted items may have natural variations in colour, texture, or finish — this is a feature, not a defect.
• Measurements and specifications are approximate. Minor deviations inherent to handcrafted items are not grounds for returns.

• Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee its availability or price.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, Razorpay, PhonePe, and Google Pay.
• In the event of a payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If an amount is erroneously deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
• For bulk or custom orders, advance payment may be required.

• We ship across India and to 25+ countries internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
• Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days.
• Free shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹2,000.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Once an order is dispatched, the tracking number will be shared via email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Natural variations in handcrafted items (colour, texture, minor finish differences) are not eligible for returns.
• Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless defective.
• To initiate a return, contact us at arshilcaptaincraft@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

All content on the Captain Craft Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, UI design, and code — is the exclusive property of Captain Craft and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you submit to us may be used by us without obligation to you.

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Use our Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Post, upload, or transmit any false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or manipulate our Platform.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of Captain Craft or third parties.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the normal operation of our services.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change. We are not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information on the Platform. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for external websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captain Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or our products. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; in such cases, these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
